Show Time not Frames in Premiere Pro
This is an easy fix when your adobe premiere pro timeline displays the current clip frame instead of the time units. Just find the horizontal bars in the timeline area - upper left corner - click it and enable the "Show audio time units" option. That's all there is to it.
