There are lots of Excel shortcuts out there showing people how to delete blank or null values, and as an Analyst it makes me very uneasy to see.
The suggestions often say to use Go To Special, Select blanks, then delete selections and shift cells up. This is a recipe for disaster and in this short I show you why!
Respect the data, know your data, don't just blindly do this - your data needs you!
