Details on how I play this game: Because I don't have the large cabinet, only the Hikaru box, I used the controlpanel from World Series Baseball which has two analog joysticks and some buttons, and rewired it some to fit the Star Wars Racer''s control scheme. I've set the button closest to the left thumb to 'Boost', the button right of it to 'Brake', the otherwise player-2 buttons are no 'Right' and 'Left' selection buttons, the player-1 Start-button is still Start-button. I had to change player-1's X-axle to player-2's Y-axle, and invert the analog-Vcc and analog-GND for all analog controls on the panel to have the sticks correspond to proper directions.
