Who needs decked out weapons anyways? Ivara comes with her very own Exalted Artemis Bow. This is all you need to oneshot anything in the game. Come see how we even take it up against L9999 Steel Path Demolysts!
Artemis Bow has several drawbacks. Gun CO no longer works on it as of the February 9th Gun CO balance update, that failed to fix a lot of problems, and actually created even more. Artemis Bow also has major spread and even though the tapshots are tight vertical, you are lucky to land more than 2-3 headshots.
Xata's Whisper is the answer here. Not only does it turn every shot into a headshot if that's where you proc'd it, but it re-dips all multipliers again. This means all arrows will now hit the Demolyst, and all arrow are also headshots. But the Xata damage instance will also double dip the Prowl-boosted headshot multiplier, the Primed Banes, and even the existing viral procs too! And since we are full stripping for Viral damage, it even is self priming. The result? Over 32x more damage per shot, enough to easily one shot Demolysts in a single hit.
It's strong enough it can even kill L9999 trash mobs with a single shot to the face if you land the headshot. Otherwise, body shots on full strip will kill them instantly too. We can buff it even further by usage of Magus Lockdown to CC enemies and Demos in place, so we can set up Empowered Quiver's Dashwire. This creates a further 2x final damage multiplier from getting nearly 200% more crit damage on the build.
