West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has announced that her party, Trinamool Congress (TMC), will support the Congress in areas where it is strong for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Banerjee clarified TMC's stance on Opposition unity in the upcoming electoral battle.
She stated that wherever the Congress is strong, they should fight and TMC will provide support. However, she also mentioned that Congress should support other regional political parties, too.
