Some people are experiencing issues where there are no options under 'track' (i.e. no 'enable flex' or 'pitch correction' or 'limit to key'). Thanks for the comment @Ted Fox
A commenter @Swaggity Swag found the solution: "You need to expand the window to see it. If you leave it small, the options don't show up. If you grab the edges and extend the window, the options appear."
