BRP OUTLANDER XMR ATV - Rear Axle Repair
BRP XMR rear differential repair. Unfortunately, the video is incomplete; half of it is missing. My old phone is to blame; it overwrote the files. The video is jumbled; there's no information about the contact patch before adjustment, during adjustment, or about replacing bearings or bushings, among other things. Half the content was overwritten. Oh well. I hope this is helpful. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a manual for this specific differential. I even bought the most recent service manual for the Outlander XMR from the US, but it didn't mention this differential. If anyone has one, I'm willing to buy it. The bottom line of this video: even when replacing bearings, this differential must be adjusted. Simply replacing bearings, as on a spur differential, won't improve the life of the differential.
