In This video i have explained about scope of local variables in and out of the function , what is global function how it works and what is the difference between local and global variables.
The variables which function are having are local variables and these variables are different from each other even if python file is having another variables with same. if we write global or declare that variable in function as global then that variables is same as the base variable if any changes done then it will also shown there in the base variable.
