Why would you want to do this?
Because in ManyChat, you pay for the number of subscribers your ManyChat account has. The more subscribers you have, the more you need to pay.
But a lot of these subscribers fall outside the 24-hour window and you cannot reach them anymore (because of the 24-hour window). These "inactive subscribers" are costing you money.
NOTE: If you want to send paid messages to users outside the 24-hour window, you don't want to unsubscribe your subscribers!
Automatically unsubscribe users from your ManyChat account
To automatically unsubscribe users from your ManyChat account, you need to create a rule in ManyChat.
Trigger: Date/Time-based trigger, that goes off 10 days after the last interaction
Action: Set Messenger Opt-Out and Set Instagram Opt-Out
P.S. You don't want to automatically unsubscribe users from ManyChat if you are using the One-Time Notification or Sponsored Messages.
