Note: Before combining any medical treatment with medicinal plants, regardless of your medical history, you should always discuss it with your doctor or pharmacist, as there are risks of more or less significant interactions, particularly in people with epilepsy, asthma, blood thinners, or allergies.

PROPOLIS

It has antiseptic properties that kill bacteria and viruses, and it strengthens our immune system, making it better able to defend us against pathogens. It also promotes healing and fights inflammation.  At the first signs of discomfort, chew a piece of propolis 3 to 4 times a day.
 Contraindications: Children under 6 years old in chewing gum form (risk of choking), people allergic to beehive products and hymenoptera stings, pregnant and breastfeeding women.

• 50 g of bramble honey
• Lemon essential oil (Citrus limonum)

Adults: 1 teaspoon morning and evening, separated from meals, for 4 to 5 days. Do not drink for 10 minutes afterward to allow the preparation to fully absorb on the mucous membranes.

Children 18 months and older: 1/4 teaspoon morning and evening for 4 to 5 days.

Contraindications: Known allergy to one of the constituents, or to the Malvaceae family.
