We've demonstrated Modbus RTU & Modbus TCP functionality in IEC-61131 before - it's a very popular video. In that session we gave you a ton of useful information - but we dealt strictly with Modbus integer (INT) data. Modbus devices often transmit DINT and REAL data values packed in a package of multiple integers. And with IEC's strict variable typing and Enhanced IEC's lack of an underlying memory structure - Modbus variable conversion needs to be solved. In this Livestream - we'll give you the tools you need to deal with this issue as elegantly as possible!
