Just had a project recently and the TMP36 or NTC wasn't going to cut it. To be honest with you, haven't had a lot of luck with the DS18B20 lately either, so after some research, I found the LMT01 and I'm really digging it. This video goes through the hookup and code you'll need to work with it - runs on the Arduino (ATMEGA based boards) and ESP8266.
