St. Croix Avid Series Walleye Spinning Rod - ASWS73MXF - When To Use It
The St. Croix Avid Walleye 7'3" Medium Extra Fast Spinning Rod was designed for standard pitching and snap jigging presentations with 3/16 - 5/8oz lures. This is also a great walleye rod for distance casting with heavier hair jigs and jigs and plastics. This Avid Walleye Rod's 7'3" length allows for long casts while still being short enough for accurate and controlled pitches. The medium action is great for fishing the most popular jig sizes and fishing 6-20lb line. This walleye rod's extra-fast tip is excellent for animating jig actions and getting a great hookset.
