Reliving The War is a video series that looks at the entire WCW vs WWE Monday Night War. WWF Raw is War on TNN and WCW Monday Nitro on TNT went head-to-head every Monday night in a TV ratings battle, leading to both companies putting on some of very memorable matches and moments. This series aims to cover every single match and promo during the whole Monday Night War.
This week on WWF Raw Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock are scheduled to team up for the main event. These two are booked to take on Rikishi and Kurt Angle, however an attack on Rock leaves Austin all alone for the main event. What ends up transpiring leaves WWF fans in a state of shock; we finally find out who it was that ordered Rikishi to run Austin down at Survivor Series 99.
On WCW Nitro Kevin Nash thinks he's due a title shot and Mike Sanders fully agrees. This means our nitro main event features Nash taking on Booker T for the World Title. Sting and Buff Bagwell form an odd tag team to take on Jeff Jarrett and Scott Steiner, and Nitro also features 2 returns; Diamond Dallas Page and Bam Bam Bigelow.
