The process to change the windows cursor:
To change the mouse pointer in windows, first right-click on the desktop screen and click on personalize. On the left side panel, click on change mouse pointers. A dialog will be opened with cursor settings. Now change the scheme to see the preview of how the cursor looks and click on apply to change the cursor. If you have the custom cursor files downloaded then click on the browse button. Select the custom cursor file and click on open. Similarly, you can customize the rest of the cursors as well. Once you are done click on apply to change it to the custom cursor and that's it. Enjoy the new cursor and Happy Watching.
