How to disable Parameter Hints Pop up in Visual Studio Code
UPDATE 6/20/2023: They may have changed the layout around. I currently no longer see the "edit in settings.json". Instead, go to Extensions - JSON - under json Schemas, there's a link to edit the settings.json
