This is video #12. On our last video, we talked about the ‘echo’ and ‘printf’ commands. How to merge two arrays together and what is in an array. We also talked about the ‘explode’ and ‘implode’ command.
In this video we will talk about several other array functions. First, one is the 'array_key_exists' and the second one is the 'array_keys'.
The 'array_key_exists' function checks that a specific key exist in an associate array. If you want to find a key in an array - the ‘array_key_exists’ function will help with that.
If you also want to check what keys are in an array you can use the 'array_keys' function. The ‘array_map’ function applies a callback function to the elements. It sends each value of an array to a function.
Here, I am providing you with a PDF document. This document has all of the examples with explanations.
