Basically, when you click on the gate it gives you a pattern; you need to click the patterns in backwards order that the gate gives you. You can find the patterns around Gilead, just look for them! So, let's say the pattern was "red, green, blue, yellow, red. You would click the patterns backwards "red, yellow, blue, green, red.
