Fix error 0x0000011b in Windows 10
Fortunately, there's a solution for print errors 0x0000011b. To fix error 0x0000011b, open the Registry Editor and follow these steps:
In the Registry Editor, open the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print.
Create a new DWORD (32-bit) value.
Name it "RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled" (without the quotes).
Set the value to 0.
Save the changes and close the Registry Editor.
