This quick tutorial shows you the simple, universal method how to turn on and off subtitles in Amazon Prime Video on any Smart TV. The trick is to access the playback menu: while a movie or show is playing, press the Down arrow or OK/Menu button on your remote to bring up the on-screen controls.
