I wanted so badly to be able to add videos into my background, but quickly found out that the plug in was not available. So I spent a couple of hours stumbling through the tutorials that are currently out there and found out quickly that a lot of information was missing.
In this video, I attempt to cover the entire process start to finish, including downloading OBS, OBS video plug in links, how to extract the files, how to add them into the plug ins folder, and testing to make sure that it worked.
