Yes that is possible. Our #UserSync has the concept of connectors. You create one connector per remote directory that you connect. Learn more about User Sync here: http://sso.works/usersyncdocuyt
You can have as many connecters as you like. It's actually not just restricted to multiple connections to Azure AD for example. There is also the possibility to have two Azure AD connectors and one OKTA for example. If you mix and match them, it will create multiple internal directories in you #Atlassian applications and you can order and use them as you used any other directory.
