What happens when a community comes together to use pop-up shops to fill empty storefronts in one Toronto neighbourhood? See how local volunteers landlords & entrepreneurs worked together. In four years the commercial vacancy rate has decreased from 17% to a healthy 6%.

DECA's Pop-up Shop project is a partnership between the Danforth East Community Association (DECA) and WoodGreen Community Services and with funding from Metcalf Foundation.
