To change shortcut keys in Revit Architecture, follow these steps:
Go to the "Manage" tab in the Revit ribbon.
Click on "Keyboard Shortcuts" to open the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog box.
In the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog, you can:
Browse existing shortcuts by category and command
View the current shortcut key assigned to each command
Change the shortcut key for a specific command by double-clicking on it and entering a new key combination
To assign a new shortcut key:
Double-click on the command you want to change
Press the desired key combination for the new shortcut
Click "OK" to save the changes
You can also:
Filter commands by name using the search box
Reset individual commands or the entire keyboard shortcuts to default
Export and import keyboard shortcut settings
Once you have made the desired changes, click "OK" to apply the new keyboard shortcuts in Revit Architecture.
