Mordhau Longbow Gameplay - Build, Killstreaks, Tips (via Twitch)
Today's Mordhau gameplay video features my favorite build: the Longbow / Cleaver combo.
This is the build I played for the majority of my pre-YouTube Mordhau days. I always found using the Longbow super relaxing, so I'd just play casually after work to relax. That was roughly my Mordhau experience from Level 1 to the mid 80s. Eventually, I got pretty good at it. I've become a bit rusty after making so much content featuring melee weapons for Epic Brew, but I think I still did pretty well considering I didn't warm up at all.
My Longbow Build : Huntsman, Ranger, 1/1/0 armor, Longbow and Cleaver.
Some Longbow tips: Your priority is other archers. But don't waste time getting in an archer duel. If you can't land a hit in 2 or 3 arrows, move to a better vantage point. If they start shooting back, lose their line of sight and move to a better vantage point. There's not point in wasting arrows until one of you gets a lucky arrow that gets the kill. If there are no archers, focus fire the enemy horses. They're big enough targets and can be brought down with a handful of arrows. Keeping the calvary out of combat gives your teammates an immeasurable bonus. They'll never thank you though. =...]
