Hey guys, this week, I have an in depth LST guide! I did my best to try and be thorough and explain the walls of pictures that tend to come with LST guides.
This is a very dense video, and I don't think you should expect to master LST because you've watched this. Learning LST is not like learning an opener or mech TSD, you need the underlying fundamentals to really master it. My intent with this video is to give you as much of the information and little intuitions that I've learned to give you a headstart. Take what helps you, discard what doesn't. Everyone plays this game differently. I've linked the slides and my height difference VOD in the description.
