Why is this build so effective… The damage with all these damage upgrades is really descent. Riverchase, repair unit damage chips, Nuke Amps. All these upgrades and insanely effective and they make the Punisher Ts crazy. The real only downside is the reload and they require precise aiming. Some way, somehow.. This build is the Real punisher of the game ⚡️
