This video is for advanced Yogis and Yoginis.
We start with Sun salutations and after warming up our body, we will go the the queen of Asanas - Sarvangasana.
In Sarvanagasana we will exercise some variations like the Eagle and also Halasana, the plough. We will end the lesson with the Wheel, Chakrasana.
