Step-by-step guide to resolve the issue:

Find the installation location in the directories, in my case:

C:\Cyberpunk\Installation\Cyberpunk2077\bin\x64

For standard installations:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Cyberpunk2077\bin\x64
C:\Program Files\Cyberpunk2077\bin\x64

Select the file: Cyberpunk2077.exe

ACTION TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM: Right-click the .exe, go to the 'Compatibility' tab, and enable the 'Disable full-screen optimizations' option.
