Eggnog Latte
(Nog)
[mix]
-4 egg yolks
-2 cups whole milk
-2 cups cream
-tsp vanilla paste
-tsp nutmeg
-stick of cinnamon or tsp of ground
(Cook til 176°F then chill)
[whip]
-4 egg whites
-2 tbsp sugar
-tsp vanilla flecks
(Mix)
-merengue
-egg mixture
For the latte pour in one shot of espresso to 4 oz steamed nog or a glass of iced nog
