Note:
Make sure to backup your original files (e.g. skins, player.bmp in models\generic) before proceeding with installation
If you have Open Limit Adjuster, remove the line 'ExtraObjectsDir=256' in [GTA3LIMITS] section. This will make sure the textures are correct.
Rename iii_anim.dll to iii_anim.asi. Copy it to the game directory. Also, go to scripts folder and go to global.ini file. Make sure LoadFromScriptsOnly is set to 0.
