HOW TO DOWNGRADE OR (SWITCH LOWER ) PHP VERSION IN XAMPP 100% WINDOWS 10/11
Today we will downgrade xampp php version 8.1.1 to 7.4.29
or switch higher to lower version of php
step 1: open xampp and check php vesion
step 2: open xampp directory
step 3: rename folder-: apace and php to apace_old and php_old
step 4: download needed version of php. in our case we need php 7.4.29
step 5:extract downloaded folder
step 6:copy apace and php folder from extracted folder
step 7: then paste it on xampp folder
step 8:give path(where your php folder in xampp ) to run php in php.ini file
step 9:then save php.ini file
step 10:you can start your xampp and see your php version
Note: same rule for upgrade php version
