An endeavour to configure a fully virtualised MacOS operating system with authentic interoperability with Apple software.
The download process consumed a considerable duration, prompting me to trace the final node in my download stream—the telephone exchange. It is noteworthy that Apple's CDN traffic appears to be routed through residential and potential TOR nodes, rather than a business address, raising some intriguing considerations.
Subsequently, I discovered the feasibility of direct execution via QEMU, yet I aspire to leverage the full capabilities of the Libvirt API, intending to establish this guest as a managed domain. Perplexingly, the OVMF is not being detected despite the evident presence of the file. The meticulously crafted XML document passes verification without a flaw, and although I cannot pinpoint any issues, the execution proceeds as intended.
Regrettably, my exploration was curtailed upon observing packets traversing over Wireshark—a large transfer investment that proves to be inaccessible in the locale. Consequently, I opted to abort the installer. Expressing my frustration, MacOS emerges as the most vexatious download experience, surpassing the challenges posed by WSUS in optimizing for a diverse array of possible hardware configurations that Microsoft must contend with.
