Fusion 360 PCB to CNC Milling Part 1: Creating the Route
I've tried to keep this series straight to the point and I've chopped them into 4 stages.
Stage 1, Creating a route from a rats nest in Fusion 360. Using 60 mill tracks (about 1.8 mm) so as to create a wide enough to solder track but not too wide to be stupid.
Stage 2, Creating the toolpaths from the Routes so that they can be sent to the CNC milling machine. (In this case I am using a Roland SRM-20.
Stage 3, Going through the PostProcessing cycle for the milling route and the drilling data. I am using an MDX 40 which is the correct setup for the Roland SRM-20.
Stage 4, Setting up the CNC machine, zeroing the tool to the Z and XY axis.
