Week 12 - Mite Counts and Time to Re-Queen?
I'm a new beekeeper this year and this video covers the inspection of my two backyard hives that I started on April 4th, 2020. On my 12th week of inspections, in my weaker hive, I'm beginning to think I will need to re-queen. My stronger hive is continuing to thrive with nectar being collected and it's time to do some mite counts. Enjoy!
