GoToTags Desktop App - Auto-Paste NFC UID to Notepad with Reel-Reel RFID Encoder
A quick demo of a much-requested feature of the GoToTags Desktop App; Auto-Paste. Once configured, every time an NFC tag is read, the Desktop App will paste the NFC chip's UID into the active input location. This is useful when needing to integrate NFC tags into other applications. This is similar to an HID keyboard input device, but with software. In this video the Reel-Reel is used but only as a demo, it can also be done by hand. Auto Paste is a catch-all feature able to work with any application given its simplicitly. For more advanced application integrations an API will be available. Auto paste will allow for pasting additional data besides the UID in the future as well as support for UHF RFID and barcodes.
