Forma is quite an important part of Warframe that can help stretch your mod capacity and empower your Warframe and assorted weaponry. Exilus Adapters are much more narrow in scope, but can be confusing to new Tenno as it's not really explained and even when they are granted to you from quests you probably won't know what they are even for.
