Sugar Pushes are beautiful, powerful, sexy, and can be real tricky if you want them to feel nice - which, of course we all do. Take your time with it. Practice the movement nice and slow. Then, when you feel comfortable, pick up the tempo. After you get the hang of it, what a way to showcase some powerful twists from the follow, as well as a playground of footwork variation.

In this video, I’m following, and my friend, Nalla Kim is leading. His partner, in the Cannon Push video is Jessica Yoon.
