2020 Homeless Point in Time Count in Vancouver
Volunteers fanned out across Clark County this week for the annual Homeless Point in Time Count, which tracks the local homeless population on a single night in January. The data, released in early May, helps inform grant funding from the department of Housing and Urban Development, as well as the state.
