March-End & April 1st: Following the initial vision-setting meeting, our dedicated core team embarked on a journey of refinement. Each department head conducted a thorough examination of their respective functions, culminating in proposed goals.
Sharpening Our Focus: Over a series of ten-day review sessions, we convened as a team. Through these productive discussions, we meticulously evaluated each departmental goal, incorporating valuable feedback from our core members.
The Culmination: Aspiration Achieved!
By April 1st, 2024, after extensive collaboration and insightful discussions, we proudly finalized our aspirational goals for the 2024-2025 financial year! These ambitious yet achievable objectives serve as a roadmap for QUADE's growth and success.
