Ketchup recipe: 3 kg. tomatoes
800 gr. onions
5 tsp. salt
1/2 black and red pepper
0.5 cinnamon.
1.5 cups. sugar
150 ml. vinegar
Steam tomatoes for 15-20 minutes. Cook with salt for 1 hour. Then add onions, spices and cook for another 1 hour. Add vinegar and after 15 minutes. Close. #farm #belarus #village #recipe #nature
