Open Crosh: Error: unknown command: shell. You may have forgotten to boot into developer mode

I get quite a few questions from my other video about setting up crouton. I get comments from people saying "shell" command doesn't work.
Sadly,.. I wish it were easier to see if you were in developer mode.
So for those out their... wondering why..
Error: unknown command: shell
It's probably because you haven't booted your chromebook into developer mode.
1. While your Chromebook is restarting, simultaneously hold the Esc key, Refresh key, and Power button.
2. Press and hold the Ctrl and D keys at the same time when a warning pops up.
If you setup your chromebook into developer mode correctly.. it will ALWAYS boot into the screen "OS Verification is Off"
If you never see the screen "OS Verification is OFF", then it means your NOT in developer mode.
Anyways.. I just wanted to make this short video to explain briefly how you know you're in developer mode or not.
