1 - Run OpenIV, Select GTA V for Windows
2 - Find texture file you want to edit
3 - Turn on "Edit mode"
4 - Open texture file
5 - Export image texture
6 - Edit image in any editor you like
7 - Import image back into OpenIV
8 - Save changes
9 - Run game and have fun
