With the onset of the heating season, we're receiving increasing calls regarding high gas consumption when using it for heating. Upon inspection, it turns out that the boiler is operating normally, and the customer simply had other expectations. Some boilers actually consume a lot of gas, and the cause needs to be found and corrected. Others' boilers worked fine for a long time, but then suddenly started consuming a lot of gas.
