1 - TYTAN PROFESSIONAL Mounting Adhesive - FIX2GT is a hybrid, paste-like, one-component mounting adhesive that achieves high adhesion quickly and cures in contact with moisture (can be used on damp surfaces). It does not contain solvents, isocyanates, or water. It is a universal product with wide application.

Before application, read the safety instructions presented in the MSDS.
SURFACE PREPARATION
The surfaces to be bonded must be free of contaminants and substances that hinder adhesion.
Surfaces adhere better when degreased with acetone or ethanol (glass, enamel, metal) or detergent (synthetic materials).

Bonding of a wide range of finishing materials to typical substrates such as: concrete, wood, brick, glass, metal;

Bonding of synthetic materials (except PE, PP and Teflon)
Bonding of mirrors
The final strength of the bonding joint is developed quickly;

Excellent adhesion to most porous and non-porous surfaces, e.g. metal sheets, various synthetic materials or glass.

• Narrow cut at the ideal angle. For irregular substrates and heavy elements, use the nozzle ====B=RA==N=C=O==C=R=EM==o=so================
Cut the tip of the cartridge and screw on the nozzle. For more precise applications, use the narrowest nozzle. I Colors
with a V-shaped cut positioned at 90 degrees to the surface (perpendicular) and make sure the "V" is facing upwards. Place the cartridge in the applicator gun. Due to the high viscosity of the product, the use of a thick mortar gun is recommended.

Apply the adhesive in dots or strips to the surface of the material to be bonded.
For wide surfaces, the adhesive should be applied in wavy lines to increase initial adhesion.
After application, connect the bonded elements and press firmly and evenly.
In a maximum of 5 minutes, it is possible to correct the position of the bonded elements without disconnecting them.
The adhesive cannot be applied continuously to waterproof surfaces, as it cures in contact with air humidity and also with surface moisture.
When bonding waterproof surfaces, the curing time may be longer.

Adhesion tests before applying the adhesive are recommended. Not suitable for PE, PP, Teflon and bituminous surfaces. Not suitable for surfaces with non-potable water.
All given parameters are based on laboratory tests in accordance with the manufacturer's internal standards and depend heavily on the product's hardening conditions (e.g., environment, surface temperature, quality of equipment used and the product).
