1. 0:08 Record an evil voice, noise remove if needed ( • Audacity Noise Removal Beginner Tutorial ), trim, normalize
2. 0:24 Keep or add 1s of silence (Generate/Silence) to both start and end of the recording
3. 0:30 Duplicate (ctrl+d) the track 2 times
4. 0:38 [Select 1st track] Effect/Bass and Tremble (Bass 16dB, Treble 0dB, Level 0dB, Enable level control YES)
5. 0:47 [Select 2nd track] Effect/Echo (Delay time 0.07s, Decay factor 0.6)
6. 0:59 [Select 2nd track] Effect/Change pitch (-5%)
7. 1:04 [Select 3rd track] Effect/Change pitch (-25%)
8. 1:12 [Select 3rd track] Effect/Reverb (Room size 50%, Pre-delay 0ms, Reverberance 50%, Damping 50%, Tone low 70%, Tone high 60%, Wet gain 0dB, Dry gain 0dB, Stereo Width 80%, Wet only NO)
9. 1:45 [Select 1nd track] Effect/Reverb (Same settings)
10. 1:50 [Select 2nd track] Effect/Reverse, Effect/Reverb (Same settings), Effect/Reverse
11. 2:02 [Select all tracks] "Tracks/Mix and Render" (ctrl+m), Normalize to -0.01dB
12. 2:16 (optional) "Effect/Level" (light, -70dB), Normalize to -0.01dB again
