Dragon Ball Legends just dropped a monumental reveal—ULTRA Super Perfect Cell is coming to the game! After years of waiting, one of Dragon Ball Z’s most legendary villains is receiving his strongest form yet in Legends! This marks the first-ever ULTRA rarity Cell and promises to shake up the PvP meta with insane abilities, devastating combos, and powerful regen-based mechanics. Here’s everything you need to know about Ultra Super Perfect Cell in Dragon Ball Legends!
Yup, we finally have ultra Super perfect Cell! Showing his Combos, Supers, Specials, Green Card, Cover Change, and Ultimate!
⚡ Ultra Super Perfect Cell – The Latest ULTRA Character!
The ultimate android lifeform has returned stronger than ever, reaching his peak form with ULTRA rarity status. With Super Saiyan 2 Gohan (Legends Limited) dominating the meta for so long, it was only a matter of time before his most iconic rival made his grand entrance!
This version of Cell comes from the Cell Games arc, where he reached his ultimate form after regenerating from his near-death experience against Gohan. Now, in Legends, he has finally ascended to ULTRA-tier status, meaning he comes with:
✅ Unique ULTRA animations & card arts
✅ Incredible combo potential with vanish & ki recovery mechanics
✅ Regeneration-based sustain & endurance-breaking abilities
✅ Powerful ultimate attack with a cinematic Super Kamehameha
✅ Possible Anti-Super Saiyan buffs, targeting Gohan & other Saiyans!
This Cell is designed to counter some of the strongest units in the game, including Legends Limited Gohan, Beast Gohan, and Future units, making him an absolute monster in PvP!
🔥 Ultra Super Perfect Cell’s Abilities & Moveset
While the full kit and stats haven’t been officially revealed yet, here’s what we can expect from ULTRA Super Perfect Cell based on previous Ultra releases and his role in Dragon Ball Z:
🔹 Special Moves & Unique Abilities:
Perfect Regeneration – Allows Cell to heal upon enemy hits, making him a tanky, sustain-heavy unit.
Bio-Android’s Evolution – Possible gauge system where he grows stronger with every transformation, much like Ultra Super Vegito!
Anti-Endurance & Revival Counter – Could potentially shut down revival units like Legends Limited Revive Gohan & Golden Frieza.
Ki Recovery & Vanish Boost – Similar to Ultra Hit, Cell could have an increased vanish restoration rate to keep up in the current meta.
🔹 Ultimate Attack – Super Kamehameha (ULTRA Cinematic Move)
A cinematic finishing move inspired by his final battle against SSJ2 Gohan!
Massive damage multiplier, with special buffs against Hybrid Saiyans & Super Saiyan enemies!
Could feature a revival mechanic, where Cell returns stronger after being KO’d, referencing his anime resurrection after Goku’s Instant Transmission self-sacrifice!
🔥 The Current Meta Impact – How Cell Will Change PvP!
With Ultra units dominating the top-tier PvP rankings, Super Perfect Cell will likely have insane synergy with Regeneration, Powerful Opponent, and Android teams. Here’s how he could shake up the meta:
✅ Counters the Super Saiyan Meta – With Beast Gohan, Future Gohan, and Trunks being some of the strongest units in the game, Cell’s kit will likely destroy Hybrid Saiyans & Saiyan-based teams.
✅ Strong Against Revival Units – If Cell has anti-revival mechanics, he could make Revival Gohan and other revival characters less viable in high-rank PvP.
✅ Perfect for Regeneration Mains – Regen teams have been needing a dominant new Ultra unit, and Cell could finally fill that gap!
✅ Future & Android Synergy – If Cell’s kit includes Future/Android buffs, he could be a must-pull unit for those teams as well.
With Ultra rarity status, expect him to have some of the highest stats in the game, alongside a crazy vanish gauge system that keeps him in the fight longer than most units.
🔥 What’s Next After Ultra Super Perfect Cell?
With Cell getting the ULTRA treatment, it raises huge speculation about future Ultra releases, including:
🟢 Ultra SSJ2 Gohan – Could we finally get a Super Saiyan 2 Gohan Ultra unit to counter Cell in the future?
🟢 Ultra Super Saiyan 4 Goku – A potential GT-based Ultra for upcoming Legends Anniversary content?
🟢 Ultra Vegito Blue – A fusion warrior to dominate Legends Festival 2025?
For now, Cell is here to shake up PvP, and it’s time for Legends players to prepare for his arrival!
