Interest Rates are Dropping, Real Estate is Getting Hot, Don't Miss the Boat!
2024 will be an interesting year. I typically don't work a lot in December or early January and this year I worked ever day, except for Christmas and New Years Eve. Its been crazy! The boat is here, now is the time to get on and get to work. If you are a real estate agent, you need to get hyper focused on reaching out to people that may be looking to buy or sell a home and start letting them know what's going on in the market. Right now you should be prospecting and blowing our your pipeline. You should be out teaching, coaching and mentoring everyone on what's happening and what's to happen. Don't miss the boat!
