Firmware Update on Jabra Headsets and Dongle
Explaining how to perform a firmware update on the Jabra Evolve headsets and the dongle.
You will need to download a special software from www.Jabra.com called Jabra Direct (Link: https://www.jabra.com/software-and-se... )
The software is available for Windows and Mac.
Once installed the software will automatically check for an available firmware update. In case a new version is available, an Update Button will appear. After pressing it the latest firmware will be downloaded from the server.
The installation requires a firmware update tool, which is being downloaded next. This allows you to update the firmware on the headset as well as the dongle.
