Leftover buckwheat pancake recipe
If you have leftover buckwheat cooked for a side dish, you can make pancakes with buckwheat topping.
Ingredients:
Cooked buckwheat... 150 g
Milk... 500 ml
Water... 250 ml
Large eggs... 2 pcs
Wheat flour... 250 g
Salt... 1/3 tsp
Sugar... 15 g
Vegetable oil... 2 tbsp
Baking powder... 1 tsp
